Brecon and Radnorshire politicians Fay Jones MP and James Evans MS commemorated Remembrance events in Hay and Brecon on Remembrance Sunday.
The events were very well attended, as locals turned out in large numbers to pay tribute to those who have laid down their lives for their country.
Fay Jones MP also joined the Llandrindod Mayor, Town Councillors, members of the Royal British Legion, pupils and staff from Ysgol Trefonnen and local residents to mark Armistice day on Friday November 11th.
The Association also laid a wreath in Builth Wells.
We will Remember Them.
James said:
“It was an honour to lay wreaths in Hay and Brecon for Remembrance Sunday, in honour of all our servicemen and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
“I’d also like to commend those groups and individuals across Brecon & Radnorshire who did such an excellent job organising commemoration events.”
