Chris Davies was elected as Member of Parliament for Brecon & Radnorshire on the 7th May with 16,453 from the Liberal Democrat Candidate which had 11,351 votes.
Chris' voice is well known to many as a main ring commentator at the Royal Welsh Show and he regularly puts his auctioneering skills to good use, raising thousands of pounds for charities, local schools, church and community groups.
Chris has led the Conservative campaigns in Brecon & Radnorshire over the last four years, most notably calling on the Welsh Government to improve cancer care in Wales and also to abolish Business Rates for small businesses.
Chris stood as the Conservative candidate in the 2011 Welsh Assembly election and also in the Powys County Council elections in 2012 where he was elected as County Councillor for the Glasbury ward. Chris is a governor of both a local primary and secondary school and as a County Councillor has forged a reputation for hard work and delivering for residents
After his election as the Conservative Member of Parliament for Brecon & Radnorshire, Chris Davies said:
