It was fantastic to be able to showcase the best of Brecon and Radnorshire manufacturing today to HRH The Prince of Wales, who visited Riversimple in Llandrindod Wells.
Riversimple is a company that is developing Hydrogen powered cars.
Myself, Fay Jones MP, the Secretary of State for Wales Simon Hart MP and the Leader of Powys County Council Rosemarie Harris, were in attendance to discuss how we can ensure manufacturing can continue to grow here in Brecon and Radnorshire!

“It is a huge privilege to welcome HRH The Prince of Wales to Riversimple. I used to work for his Royal Highness as a researcher in his private office so it was a very special moment to welcome him here as a Member of Parliament.
I’ve been working with Riversimple for some months now and it’s vital that the Welsh and the UK Government give them the support they need to create green jobs and opportunities for young people to stay in Brecon and Radnorshire”
